Our Story
Founded by Marco and JoAnn Cuevas, M&J Enterprises Construction Inc. has grown from a family vision into a leading full-service contractor supporting some of the nation’s largest telecommunications and utility providers.
With more than three decades of combined expertise, our leadership has built a company recognized for safety, quality, and reliability. What began as a regional operation has expanded across multiple states, delivering complex infrastructure projects with precision and care.

• Underground Boring – Precision horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for seamless utility installation with minimal surface disruption.
• Excavation – Trenching for all sizes of wet and dry utility systems, delivered safely and efficiently.
• Concrete Services – Foundations, duct banks, vaults, and complete restoration with quality craftsmanship.
• Electrical – High- and low-voltage power installations, commercial electrical systems, and security integrations.
• Fiber Optics – Comprehensive fiber services including placement, blowing, splicing, testing, aerial fiber construction, fiber lashing, and pole placement/replacement to ensure reliable high-speed connectivity.
• Telecommunications – Full turnkey tower services from small cells to large structures, including new builds, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
